FOR DEVELOPMENT OF LAKE MEADOWS PARK (TID 81)
AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF TIF FUNDS
0 WHEREAS, the amended project plan for Tax Incremental
Financing District No. 1 has been approved by the Common
Council, and
WHEREAS, development costs for a public park were included
in this project plan, and
WHEREAS the Parks and Recreation Board has requested
approval of funds for the development of Lake Meadows
Park, which includes the parcel being purchased from Roland
and Dorothy Haut, for the expansion of the park, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed this request
and has recommended approval of the expenditure of funds
from TID #1 in an amount not to exceed $231,292 to complete 0 Lake Meadows Park.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize the expenditure of TIF
not to exceed $231,292 from TID 81.
