ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER TO PURCHASE
CITY-OWNED LOT (Lot {I1 - Fairfield Dr.)
(Rodey)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received an offer to purchase
Lot No. 1, Fairfield Drive, from Stephen W. and Joan M. Rodey in
the amount of $20,000.00, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended acceptance of this
offer, and
WHEREAS, City Attorney Molter has recommended that a counter-
offer be made.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby reject the concept of the Offer to Purchase
Lot 81, Fairfield Drive, in the amount of $20,000.00 from
Attorney to draft a counter-offer deleting lines 24-28 of the
Stephen W. and Joan M. Rodey, and hereby authorizes the City
Offer and to add a provision providing clearly that the purchaser
is responsible for providing all utilities to the property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
