GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME TO PIAN COMMISSION
FOR REVIEW OF REZONING REQUEST
(D. DAWSON - R-2 to RS-2)
WHEREAS, the Common Council referred the petition
submitted by Dale Dawson to rezone his property
in the southwest 1/4 of Section 5 to the Plan
Commission, and
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego Zoning Ordinance
requires the Plan Commission to make their
recommendation to the Council within 30 days
unless granted additional time by the Common
Council, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has requested
additional time in order that a complete review
of the matter can be conducted,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Comnon Council
Commission an additional 60 days to make its
of the City of Muskego does hereby grant the Plan
recommendation to the Council.
