APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Ed Ross)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to
Ed Ross property located on Hillendale Drive in the
the Common Council for a two parcel redivision of the
NE 114 of Section 19, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the
City Plan Commission, does hereby approve the certified
survey map for a two parcel redivision of the Ed Ross
property located on Hillendale Drive in the NE 1/4 of
Section 19.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject
to receipt of $25.00 submittal fee and $200.00 in lieu
of park dedication and also subject to the approval
of the City Engineer.
