RESOLUTION #172-83
RENEWAL OF EXTRACTIVE PERMIT FOR STATE
SAND & GRAVEL AND PAYNE AND DOLAN
WHEREAS, State Sand and Gravel Company has requested a
renewal of Conditional Use Grant #37 for an Extractive
Permit , and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Cormnission, after public hearing, has
reconmended that the permit be granted,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Cmon Council of the City of Muskego does hereby accept the recmendation
of the Plan Commission and does hereby approve the renewal
of Conditional Use Grant #37 for an extractive permit
Wisconsin for the period from July 2, 1983 to July 2, 1984.
for State Sand and Gravel and Payne and Dolan of
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the approval is subject to
receipt of a $125,000 restoration bond.
