RESOLUTION # 161-83
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HIRING OF AN APPRAISER
AND RELOCATION EXPERT TO CARRY OUT THE RELOCATION
ORDER KNOWN AS RESOLUTION # 160-83

WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has passed a relocation order
known as Resolution # 160-83 ; end
WHEREAS, the hiring of an appraiser and relocation expert
are necessary to carry out this project;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, does hereby authorize the city attorney in
consultation with the Ma'yor to hire the firm of Transfer Realty
Services as appraisers for this project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney in consultation
1 with the Wayor-;.may hire the firm of Draheim and Associates ,of
Green Bay as relocation experts in this matter for the purposes
of dealing with any relocation problems involved in the project
and for negotiating the purchase of the lands necessary for
this project.
