CCR1983160RESOLUTION # 160-83 RELOCATION ORDER OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN (Bass Bay Sewers) NOW COMES the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, by its City Council and for its Relocation Order hereby resolves as follows: 1. That this Resolution is a Relocation Order in accordance with .E. '. -.ctlon 32.05(1), Wisconsin Statutes, for the purpose of the within described public improvement project and it is also a determination Of necessity for that project in accordance with Section 32.07(2), Wisconsin Statutes; 2. That the City of Muskego hereby determines that it is necessary and a public purpose to construct a sanitary sewer including a sewage pumping station and sewage forced main and street improvement as shown on the .p attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "A". I 3. That said sanitary sewer including sewage pumping station and sewage forced main and street improvement will be built as set forth on the map which is annexed to this Relocation Order as Exhibit "A", and is incorporated herein. 4. That the site of said sanitary sewer including sewage pumping station and sewage forced main and street improvement is contained in said Exhibit 'lA", which is incorporated herein; that legal descriptions tc said site are attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "B-1" through "B-12". 5. That the City of Muskego will acquire a permanent easement for - sanitary sewer purposes and any other municipal purpose and for any public utility purpose and a temporary construction easement as indicated on Exhibit "A", and Exhibit ItB-l" through "B-12'1 - and fee simple title of the nds for the sewage pumping station and streetimprovement as shown on ? xhibit "A", and described in Exhibit "B-12". - Passed and adopted this day of '9 knA/ 1 1983.
