SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE
REQUEST FOR REZONING
(D. Dawson, R-2 to RS-2)
WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted by Dale Dawson to
rezone his property west of Racine Avenue in the SW 114
of Section 5 from R-2 (Country Home) to RS-2 (Suburban
Residence) for the purpose of creating a twenty-nine lot
subdivision.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby set a public hearing to consider
the request for rezoning of the Dale Dawson property from
R-2 to RS-2 for Tuesday, June 28, 1983 at 7:25 P.M.
