AUTHORIZING LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN WATER
PATROLMEN AND CITY OF MUSKEG0
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the only way the City's
part-time water patrolmen can be protected against liability
and boat and motor damage is by leasing their boats to the
City while they are being used for patrolling, and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has recommended the City lease the
boat and motor from the water patrolmen, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed this matter and
has recommended approval.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
Committee, does hereby authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
execute a lease between the City and the part-time water
patrolmen for the use of their boats from May 30, 1983 to
September 5, 1983.

In considerat1on.of thh leas of employee's motor aud-~boat, the
employer 'shall pay the emplo ee One Dollar ($1.00) per season,
together .with a salary an4 boat operating cost of $ 1,4ao-
per season and the City shall provide full insurance coverage
upon said boat and motor to cover damages occasioned by fire,
theft, explosion, accident, negligence or any other cause that
may occur during the term of this lease as contained in the
terms of the insurance coverage now in effect with the City of
Huskego, and applicable hereto.
