APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to
property located at the end of Mystic Drive Extended in the
finalize a two parcel division of the Hildegarde Feurstahler
SW 1/4 of Section 14, and
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has reviewed this survey
and has recommended approval.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the City Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map
property in the SW 114 of Section 14.
for a two parcel division of the Hildegarde Feurstahler
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the approval of the city engineer and receipt of $400.00 in
lieu of park dedication.
