DIRECTING THE ATTORNEY TO TAKE THE
NECESSARY STEPS TO ACQUIRE EASEMENTS
(Ext. of Glenbrook Drainage Project - TID #2) a
WHEREAS, the Common Council has approved the Amended Project
Plan for Tax Incremental District #2, which includes storm
drainage projects, and
WHEREAS, the Common Council has authorized the City Attorney to acquire certain easements for the Glenbrook Drainage
Project with funds to come from TID #2, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that
additional easements be obtained for the extension of the
Glenbrook Drainage Project.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works
Committee, .does hereby authorize the City Attorney to acquire
the necessary easements for the extension of the Glenbrook
Drainage Project with funds to come from TID #2, subject to
the favorable recommendation of the Plan Commission.
