AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISING OF BIDS FOR THE WOODS
ROAD INTERCEPTOR, THE WOODS ROAD LIFT STATION, THE
NORTHEAST LIFT STATION AND THE INTERCEPTOR TO THE
COUNTY LINE
WHEREAS, negotiations have been underway between the City
of Muskego and representatives of MMSD for sanitary sewer
service for the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, a contract between the city and MMSD has now
been signed, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to advertise for bids for the
several sewer projects involved in order that the city
can be connected to MMSD,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the city's engineers
to advertise for bids for the following sewer projects
the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewer System:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the results of the bidding shall be
