e AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE OF TIF FUNDS FOR CULVERT REPLACEMENTS
AMENDING RESOLUTION #50-83
(From TIF #2 to TIF #6)
WHEREAS, the Common Council authorized the expenditure of
funds from TID 12 in Resolution #50-83 for three culvert
replacements not to exceed a total of $82,000, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the cul-
vert on Woods Road, west of Tess Corners Drive, be replaced
with funds obtained from TID #6.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby authorize the expenditure of funds from TID #6
for the replacement of the culvert on Woods Road west of Tess
Corners Drive in an amount not to exceed $20,000.00.
