APPROVAL OF THE CONCEPT TO PURCHASE THE
PROPERTY OF ROLAND HAUT FOR ADDITION
TO LAKE MEADOWS PARK
WHEREAS, the City and Roland and Dorothy Haut have
negotiated for the possible purchase of a parcel of
land for an addition to Lake Neadows Park, and
WHEREAS, the owners of the land are in agreement to
the following concept for the purchase of the land, which
is :
Approximately 20 Acres - $4500.00 per acre to be
paid over a 10-year period
at 9 percent interest in
ten equal installments with
interest paid semi-annually. e NOW, THEREFORE, the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does agree with said concept and does authorize
the Mayor and City Clerk to make a formal Offer to
Purchase said land based on said concept contingent
upon the later approval of the Common Council, if accepted
by the owners of said lands.
