CCR1983147RESOLUTION #147-83 (As Amended) AUTHORIZING THE MAKING OF THE ATTACHED JURISDICTIONAL OFFER (Ludwig - Strampe) WHEREAS, David Ludwig and Judith Strampe have not accepted an Offer to Purchase presented by the city as to the lands described in the attached Jurisdictional Offer, and WHEREAS, the city has attempted to negotiate the purchase of same and has been unable to do so, NOW, THEREFORE, the city shall make the attached Jurisdictional Offer as to the purchase of said property and the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute any documents necessary for the acquisition of said property.
