ACCEPTANCE OF LOW BID FOR HIGHWAY
(VIBRATORY ROLLER)
EQUIPMENT

WHEREAS, on January 11, 1983, the Common Council adopted
Resolution $12-83, entitled, Approval of Public Works Depart-
ment Capital Budget, which included the purchase of a new
vibratory roller, and
WHEREAS, bids for the new vibratory roller have been advertised
for, and
WHEREAS, the following bids have been received:
Miller-Bradford & Risberg, Inc.
Lincoln Contractors Supply, Inc.
Kelbe Bros, Equipment Co., Inc. Hunter Machinery Co., Inc.
and

e WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended the low bid of Kelbe Bros. Equipment Co., Inc.,in the amount of
$8,550.00 be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works
Committee, does hereby accept the low bid of Kelbe Bros.
Equipment Co., in the amount of $8,550.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that funds for this equipment be taken from the 1983 Public Works Capital Budget.
