APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE LAND 0' LAKES
BASEBALL ORGANIZATION AND THE CITY OF MUSKEGO e
WHEREAS, the Land 0' Lakes Baseball Organization has requested
permission of the City of Muskego to maintain Horn Field, and
WHEREAS, that organization has agreed to hold the city harmless
by members of said organization or individuals involved directly
from any and all liability and damages that might be incurred
or indirectly as a result of the them maintaining Horn Field,
and
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Board is in agreement with
their proposal,
the attached agreement between the city and the Land 0' Lakes
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval of
Baseball Organization,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
Board and the Finance Committee, does hereby authorize the
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Parks and Recreation
Mayor to execute the attached agreement between the Land 0'
Lakes Baseball Organization and the City of Muskego for the
maintenance of Horn Field.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the City of Muskego is held free and
attached agreement.

It is agreed that the Land 0' Lakes Baseball Organization is
5 holding the Parks and Recreation Board and Department, of the City of
Muskego, and the City of Muskego, free and harmless from any and all
liability and damages that might be incurred by members of said organi-
zation or individuals involved directly OK indirectly as a result of
the Land 0' Lakes maintaining Horn Field.
It is further agreed that any additional approvaL of any
government agency €OK maintaining Horn Field is the responsibility of
the Land 0' Lakes Organization.
