HONORING MUSKEGO'S AFS STUDENT - ISABELLE BERNABE
WREAS, for the past several years many local citizens have
e given generously of their time and efforts to maintain the American
Field Service Program in Muskego , and
WHEREAS, it is the aim of the AFS Program to promote under-
standing, friendship and knowledge between the people of the world by arranging an interchange of students between the United
States and other countries, and
WHEREAS, for the past year Muskego has been privileged to have as their AFS student Miss Isabelle Bernabe from the country of
Spain, and
during her visit in Muskego,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cmon Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby honor Miss Isabelle Bernabe as Muskego's
1982-83 AFS student and extends to her an invitation to return to
WHEREAS Isabelle has exemplified the purpose of the AFS Program
