APPROVAL OF HOLDING TANK AGREEMENT

WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a request from
Jannet Brauch to install a holding tank to serve her
residence at W166 S6764 Oak Hill Drive in the City of
Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the Waukesha County Board of Health has approved
installation of said holding tank,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public
Welfare Committee, does hereby approve the installation
of a holding tank to serve the Jannet Brauch residence
at W166 56764 Oak Hill Drive in the City of Muskego.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute the holding tank agreement in
connection herewith.
