RE-APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Frank Nolting)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map to finalize a three parcel
division of the Frank Nolting property located on Woods
Road in the NW 114 of Section 12, was approved by the Common
Council in Resolution 8179-79 (As Amended), adopted
September 11, 1979, and
WHEREAS, this approval was subject to the understanding that
the deferred sewer assessment in the amount of $29,792.01
plus interest shall be paid immediately, and
WHEREAS, this sewer assessment has not been paid and this
certified survey map has not been recorded, and
WHEREAS, the owner has now requested that this certified
survey map be recorded.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cmon Council of the
map for a three parcel division of the Frank Nolting property
City of Muskego does hereby re-approve the certified survey
condition that the deferred sewer assessment in the amount
on Woods Road in the NW 114 of Section 12, subject to the
of $29,792.01 plus interest is paid immediately.
