IMPROVPlENT OF TFSS CORNERS DRAINAGE WATERWAY
AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE OF TIF EONDS FOR
(TIF District No. 2)
WHEREAS, the amended project plan for Tax Incremental
Financing District No. 2 has been approved by the Common
Council, and
WHEREAS, the Tess Corners Waterway in the area of Tess
Corners Drive needs to be upgraded, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that
an amount not to exceed $100,000.00 be expcnclccl Lu complete
the project,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
Committee, does hereby authorize the expenditure of TID
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
No. Two for the upgrading of the Tess Corners Waterway in
the area of Tess Corners Drive in an amount not to exceed
$100,000.00.
