RESOLUTION #127-83 (AS Amended)
THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, AND OFFERING SAME FOR SALE
APPROVING A PROPOSED DIVISION OF LAND OWNED BY
WHEREAS, in 1980 the Common Council approved a certified survey
map to create three lots from the city-owned property on Fair-
field Drive north of McShane Road, and

WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that an additional
parcel be created to the north of the original three lots, and
be offered for sale, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has approved a sketch for this
division and recommended approval of the sale of this parcel
by the city.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
Plan Commission, does hereby approve the proposal to create an
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee and
additional parcel north of the three lots created in 1980.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby authorized to
obtain a certified survey map from Ruekert & Mielke to finalize
this division and to offer this parcel for sale.
