RESOLUTION #126-83
AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF TIF FUNDS FOR
(TID #7)
FINAL ASPHALT COAT - INDUSTRIAL PARK STREETS
WHEREAS, the amended project plan for Tax Incremental Financing
District i-io. 7 has been approved by the Common Council, and
WHEREAS, road improvements are included in this project plan, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has determined that the
final asphalt coat should be placed on the streets in the city's
industrial park, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Cornittee has recommended approval.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendations of the Public Works
Committee and Finance Committee, does hereby authorize the
expenditure of TIF funds for the final asphalt coat to be placed
on the streets in the city's industrial park, not to exceed
$ 75,000 from TID #7.
