AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF TIF FUNDS FOR
RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
(TID 111)
FINAL ASPHALT COAT - KELSEY DRIVE/MUSKEGO DAM DR.
WHEREAS, the amended project plan for Tax Incremental Financing
District No. 1 has been approved by the Common Council, and
WHEREAS, the upgrading of Kelsey Drive and Muskego Dam Drive is included in this project plan, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has determined that the
final asphalt coat should be placed on Kelsey Drive and
Muskego Dam Drive, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Conunittee has recommended approval.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
Committee and Finance Committee, does hereby authorize the
of Muskego, upon the recommendations of the Public Works
expenditure of TLF funds from TID #l for the final asphalt coat
to be placed on Kelsey Drive and Muskego Dam Drive not
to exceed $55,000.00.
