CCR1983124e RESOLUTION #124-83 (As Amended)
AUTHORIZING THE HIRING OF A SECOND APPRAISER
FOR THE PROPOSED INDUSTRIAL PARK EXPANSION
WHEREAS, on the 11th day of January, 1983, the Common Council
oP the City of Muskego adopted Resolution #l-H3, cnlitlcd,
Authorizing the City Attorney to Take the Necessary Legal
Action to Acquire Additional Industrial Park Land, and
WHEREAS, the above resolution included the acquiring of
city's present industrial park, and
appraisals of lands being sought for the expansion of the
WHEREAS, the appraisals for the lands involved have now been
received and reviewed by the city's Industrial Development
Study Committee and based on the appraisals received, the
Industrial Development Study Committee feels that efforts to
pursue the expansion of the park would be impractical at
this time, and
WHEREAS, the Industrial Development Study Committee does
feel the expansion of the present industrial park would be
concerned regarding the land values contained in the appraisals,
a great asset to the City of Muskego, however, they are
TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Industrial Develop-
ment Study Committee, does hereby recommend the hiring of a
second appraiser to once again review the values of the lands
necessary to expand the city's present industrial park.
-BE;'- IT-FURTHER RESOLVE2> that Fred Gr.aves of Continental
Appraisal Company, Hales Comers, Wfscorisibi, be authorized
present Industrial Park.
