RESOLUTION #123-83

AUTHORIZING THE HIRING OF -bwhE OFFICER
FOR THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
for the position of Huma,rie Officer, and
WHEREAS, the Citv of Muskego advertised for applicants
WHEREAS, the Public Safety Committee has reviewed
as Humane Of fiZ6r ;. and
the applicants and has recommended the hiring of Lee Shane
WHEREAS, the Finance Comittee has recommended approval.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
Safety Committee and Finance Committee. does hereby authorize
the City of Muskego, upon the recomendations of the Public
the hiring of Lee Shane as Humane Officer for the City of: Xuskego.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the fee paid for the
services of Mr. Shane shall be $6 00 per pick-up with 20~ per
mile reimbursement for traveling expenses, subject to further
review by the Public Safety Committee and Finance Committee,
and with an Fmmediate starting date.
