AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF
MUSKEG0 AND WISCONSIN DEPT. OF AGRICULTURE

WHEKEAS, it had beconle necessary that thc 1CiLy ut Muskego enter
into an agreement with the State of Wisconsin, Department of
Agriculture, for services performed within the City by the
Department, and I !
WHEREAS, the Department of Agriculture agrees to furnish the
Measures as required in Section 9804 (I), IWisconsin Statutes,
services and perfom the duties of Sea1er;of Weights and
and I
WHEREAS, the Department of Agriculture agrees to report to
services performed, and
the City, at least annually, on the exten! and natures of the
WHEREAS, the annual fee for such service is in the approximate
amount of $1,400.00.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the
