AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE OF TIF FUNDS FOR
ENGINEERING STUDY - TIF #1
(Kelsey Drive Drainage)
WHEREAS, the amended project plan for Tax Incremental
Financing District No. 1 has been approved by the Common
Council, and
WHEREAS, the drainage problem on Kelsey Drive west of
Racine Avenue needs to be reviewed, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended the
to substantiate the contributing low area on Kelsey Drive
city's consulting engineers conduct an engineering study
in an amount not to exceed $1,200.00,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of hluskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works
Committee and the Finance Committee, does hereby authorize
an engineering study to substantiate the contributing low
area on Kelsey Drive in an amount not to exceed $1,200.00.
