AUTHORIZING INSTALLATION OF WATER SLALOM COURSE
IN LITTLE MUSKEG0 LAKE

WHEREAS, Mike Fitzgerald has requested permission to locate and

install a water ski slalom course in the area of Dandilion
WHEREAS, anchored buoys would remain at a minimum depth
of 3 feet below the water level when the course would
not be in use, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that such buoys would not
be hazardous to other persons using the lake, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that
water slalom course in the lake,
permission be granted to Mike Fitzgerald to construct a
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee does hereby grant permission to Mike Fitzgerald
to locate and install a water ski slalom course in the area
of Dandilion Park on Little Yuskego Lake,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the city grants this permission
upon receipt of a letter of indemnification releasing the
city from any liability relating to the water slalom course.
