ACCEPTANCE OF LOW BID FOR 1983 ROAD
IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has advertised for bids for
the 1983 Road Improvement Program, and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

WHEREAS, it is recomnended that the low bid of Payne & Dolan for
of C & K Liquid Asphalt Company, in the amount of $ 71 per gallon
Bituminous Concrete in the amount of $21.62 per ton and the low bid
for liquid asphalts, $.71 for asphalt emulsions and $6.40 per ton
for pea gravel.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, does hereby accept the low bid of Payne and Dolan for
Bituminous Concrete in the amount of $21.62 per ton and the low
bid of C & K Liquid Asphalt Company, in the amount of $.71 per gallon
for liquid asphalts, $.71 for asphalt emulsions and $6.40 per
ton for pea gravel.
