DECLARING CERTAIN WEEDS TO BE NOXIOUS
IN THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
WHEREAS, Section 66 96 of the Wisconsin Statutes sets forth
certain weeds to be declared noxious, and
WHEREAS, Section 66.96 provides that the Common Council
by resolution, may declare other weeds noxious,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, pursuant to Section 66.96 of the Wisconsin Statutes
within the boundaries of the City of Muskego, Waukesha County,
declare that the following weeds be termed noxious weeds
Wisconsin
Canada Thistle Wild Radish
Perennial Sow Thistle White Cockle
Bull Thistle Yellow Rocket
Cockleburr Ragweed
Leafy Spurge English Charlock
Field Bindweed Goatbeard
