& WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee of the Common Council has
been suthorized to advertise for bids for the proposed Hillendale
Drive Extension Sewer Project
WHEREAS, the following bids have been received for Project MSS-1-83:

WHEREAS, the Engineer for the City of Muskego and the Public
be awarded to D. F. Tomasini,
Sewer Committee has recommended that the bid for Project MSS-1-83
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby award the bid for the proposed Hillendale
Sewer extension project (MSS-1-83) be awarded to D. F. Tomasini,
in the amount of $34,992.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk and the Mayor are
hereby authorized to sign the contract in the name of the City of
Muskego, subject to the approval of the City Attorney
