BED OF LITTLE MUSKECO LAKE
(Water Bugs )
WHEREAS, the Water Bugs Ski Club has requested permission
to place a water ski jump on the bed of Little Muskego
Lake, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the club to rece
as well as city approval, and

WHEREAS, said water ski jump is to be located
Paul De Angelis's Island and in front of Idle
during show dates, and

Isle Beach
WHEREAS, approval has been received by the Water Bugs from
the DNR, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee hns recommcndcd approval of
the placement of the wutcr ski jump,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City 01 Muskego, upon the approval oT Lhe DNll and Lhc
recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby grant
permission to the Water Bugs Ski Club to place a water ski
jump adjacent to Paul De Angelis's Island and in front of
Idle Isle Beach during show dates.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Water Bugs Ski Club, Inc.
and the City of Muskego enter into an agreement absolving
the City of Muskego from all liability as per the attached
agreement.

The Waterbug Ski Club. Inc.. are the owners of a Ski
This agreement is made between the Waterbug Ski Club, Inc
e Jump at Idle Isle Park (W182 S6666 Hardtke Drive) and
De Angelis Island (W187 S7160 Gold Dr.) The Waterbug Ski Club,
Ski Jump
Inc. is responsible for the putting in and taking out of said
Ski Jump at all times that it is not scheduled for exclusive
use of the Waterbug Ski Club, Inc.
The owners will allow the City and the public to use this
the City of Muskego free and harmless from any and all liability
and damages that might be incurred by persons using the Ski
Jump.
It is agreed that the Waterbug Ski Club, Inc. is holding
said Ski Jump will be the sole responsibility of the Waterbug
Ski Club, Inc.
It is further agreed that all maintenance and upkeep of

governmental agency for putting in the Ski Jump is the responsibility
of the Waterbug Ski Club, Inc.
