APPROVAL OF PRACTICE/SHOW DATES OF WATER.EUGS
SKI CLUB ON LITTLE MUSKEGO LAKE
WHEREAS, representatives of the Water Bugs Ski Club, Inc.,
have requested permission of the Park and Recreation Board
and the Finance Committee to use the dock facilities at Idle
times, and
Isle Beach as a take-off pier during specified dates and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee and the Park and REcreation
Board have recommended approval of the use of the dock at
Idle Isle Beach as a take-off pier to be effective every
Wednesday and one Saturday per month between the hours of
5:30 P.M. to 7:45 P.M. from May 1st through August 31st,
19E3, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that a certificate of insurance
naming the City of Muskego as co-insured be submitted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee
and the Park and Recreation Board, does hereby approve of the
water ski practice and show use of the dock at Idle Isle Beach
on every Wesnesday and one Saturday per month between the
hours of 5:30 P.M. to 7:45 P.M. from May 1st through August
31, 1983, subject to the submittal of a certificate of
insurance naming the City of Muskego as co-insured.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said group shall, as required by
law andlor ordinance, establish and mark pickup and drop-off
ordinances and remove said markers immediately after each
areas with regulatory markers, obey other applicable laws and
session stated above and not replace them until just prior
to the next session stated above.
