APPROVAL OF OFFER TO PURCHASE PARCELS
OF LAND FOR SEWER INTERCEPTOR
(Ludwig - Strampe - Kurtze)
TIF District No. 4
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego wishes to purchase certain
parcelsof land from David Ludwig, Judy Strampe and Viola
Kurtze to be used for the proposed Sewer Interceptor
Project, and
WHEREAS, the parcel identified as "Exhibit "A" is to be
purchased from David Ludwig and Judy Strampe in the amount
$1,000.00, and
WHEREAS, the parcel identified as "Exhibit "B" is to be
purchasedfrom David Ludwig, Judy Strampe and Viola Kurtze
in the amount of $50.00, and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to execute the.attached Offers
to Purchase,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the Mayor and Clerk
to execute the attached Offers to Purchase from David Ludwig
Viola Kurtze for a total amount of $1,050.00.
and Judy Strampe and from David Ludwig, Judy Strampe and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that funds for said purchases shall
be taken from TIF District No. Four.

CITY OF XUSKEGO, WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN
AMENDED RELOCATION ORDER OF THE
NOI,~ COMES the City of bluskego, Waukesha County, hlisconsin, by
its City Council and for its Amended Relocation Order hereby
resolves as follows:
1. That this Resolution is an amendment to a Relocation Order
which is Resolution 224-82 which was passed and approved on
November 23, 1982.
2. That this Resolution is an Amended Relocation Order in
accordance with Section 32.05(1), Wisconsin Statutes, for the
purpose of the within described public improvement project and it
is also a determination o€ necessity €or that project in accordance
with Section 32.07(2), Wisconsin Statutes;
3. That the City of Muskego hereby determines that it is
~~~:cccssarv and a public purpose to constrtlct a s311i tary scwor
including a sewage pumping station and sewage forced main as was
shown on the attachments to the Relocation Order known as Resolution
224-82 except as amended on the map attached hereto, made a part
hereof and marked Exhibit "X";
4. That said sanitary sewer including sewage pumping station,
and sewage forced main will be built as set forth on the maps which
were annexed to Relocation Order known as Resolution 224-82 except
as amended and shown on the attached map marked Exhibit "X" and is
incorporated herein.
5. That the site of said sanitary sewer including sewage
pumping station and sewage forced main is contained in the documents
attached to Relocation Order known as Resolution 224-82 except as
amended by Exhibit "X" which is incorporated herein; that legal
descriptions to said site are attached to Relocation Order known as
Kesolution 224-82 except as amended by the attached Exhibit "Y" and

6. That the City of Muskego will acquire a permanent easement
€or sanitary sewer purposes and any other municipal purpose for any
public utility purpose and a temporary construction easement as
indicated on Exhibits attached to Relocation Order known as
Resolution 224-82 except as amended by Exhibit "X" and "Y" and fee
simple title of the lands €or thc sewage pumping station as described
