WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to
finalize a two pa&.division of the Kenneth Zbilicki property
on the corner of Tess Corners Drive and Gaulke Drive in the
SE 114 of Section 2, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval, subject
to the applicant obtaining all permits as required under Section 7.18 of the Flood Plain Ordinance, and subject to approval by
the City Engineer.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the certified survey map to finalize a two
parcel division of the Kenneth Zbilic.ki property in the SE 1/4
of Section 2.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
applicant obtaining all permits as required under Section 7.18
of the Flood Plain Ordinance, and subject to approval by the
City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is also subject to
receipt of the $25.00 submittal fee and $200.00 fee in lieu of
Dark dedication.
