APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Kosobucki Bros.)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to
finalize a one parcel division of the Roy. and Mark Kosobucki
property in the NW 1/4 of Section 14, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to finalize a one
parcel division of the Roy and Mark Kosobucki property in the
NW 1/4 of Section 14, subject to approval by the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
receipt of the $200.00 fee in lieu of park dedication.
