APPROVAL OF A CHANGE IN THE \VOODS ROAD
INTERCEPTOR PLANS
WHEREAS, a change has been requested in the location of the
Woods Road interceptor, and
WHEREAS, if approval of the various agencies for this project
is secured this project will be advertised for bids as soon
as possible in order that TIF funding can be utilized, and
WHEREAS, engineering services, relocation orders, appraisal
and negotiation fees are involved, and
WHEREAS, the property owner involved has indicated dissatis-
faction with the present location and intends to pursue the
support of the courts to change the location of the inter-
ceptor,
TIIEiiEk'OHE, BE IT HESOLVIiD thul; the Commo~~ Council 01 the CiLy
of Muskego does hereby recognize the concerns of the property
owner and authorizes the city's engineers to amend the Woods
Road interceptor plans to relocate the permanent easement to
be 20' north of the south property line of the Ludwig property
plus an additional 10' construction easement being the 10'
directly north of said permanent easement.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby recognize the concerns of the property
Road interceptor plans to relocate the easement on the lot
owner and authorizes the city's engineers to amend the Woods
line between the Ludwig-Strampe property and the Schaurnberg
and Gonzales properties .
