0 AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF TIF FUNDS FOR
THE PURCHASE OF A NEW PUMP
(TIF District No. One)
\I'HEREAS, the project plan for Tax Incremental Financing
District No. One has been approved by the Common Council,
and
WHEREAS, funds for sewers for that project included sewer
improvements, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has determined that
an 6" pump is necessary to prevent sewer surcharging in certain
areas of the city,
TIIBREFOHE, DE 11' RESOLVED thut the Common Council 01 the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public
Sewer Committee, does hereby authorize the City Clerk-
Comptroller to obtain quotes from pump manufacturers for
an E" pump to help prevent sewer surcharging in certain
areas in the city.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk is directed to report
her findings back to the Finance Committee and the Common
Council
