AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
BETWEEN A-1 SERVICE CO , FOR INSTALLA.TION
OF SANITARY FACILITIES AT PARK COMPLEXES
P WHEREAS, the activities at the Mill Valley, Bluhm Park and
Muskego High School Baseball Complexes require the installation of
portable sanitary facilities, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the Parks and Recreation
Board and the Finance Committee that the City enter into an
portable units from May 1st to September 30th, 1983 and two
agreement with A-1 Service Company, Inc to install five (5)
(2) portable units from June 8th thru July 31st, 1983 at the
cost of $1,498.00 for the season.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council, upon the
recommendation of the Finance Committee and the Parks and
agreement between the City and A-1 Service Company, Inc. for
Recreation Board, does hereby authorize the execution of an
the installation of five (5) portable units from May 1st to
September 30th, 1983 and two (2) portable units from June 8th
thru July 31st, 1983 at the cost of $1.498.00 for the season.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the agreement is subject to the
approval of the City Attorney.

Dear Mr. Theis,
I would like to thank you for the opportunity to submit the following
proposal regarding Portable Toilet Facilities for the 1983 season. Our
proposal is as follows:
1. A-1 Service Co., Inc. will provide five (5) portable toilet units
for your use from May lst, 1983 to September 30th, 1983. We will
also provide two (2) portable toilet units for use from June 8th,
1982 to July 31st, 1983.
2. All facilities will be serviced automatically once per week to
include: pump-out, wash-out, chenical recharge and repapering.
3. Our monthly fee for the above will be: $52.50 per unit. Partial
months are pro-rated at $1.75 per day.
The total seasonal cost would be as follows:
(5) Units (May 1 thru Sept. 31, 1983) $1,312.50
(2) Units (June 8 thru July 31st, 1983) $ 185.50
Season Total: $1.498.00*
