AND RELOCATION EXPERT TO CARRY OUT THE RELOCATION ORDER
KNOWN AS RESOLUTION # 88-83
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HIRING OF AN APPRAISER
WHEREAS, the City of Nuskego has passed a relocation order known
as Resolution # yj' -83, and
WHEREAS, the hiring of an appraiser and relocation expert are
necessary to carry out this project.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, does hereby authorize the City Attorney in consultation with
the Nayor to hire the firm of Scott Willman as appraisers for this
project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney in consultation
with the Mayor may hire the firm of Draheim and Associates of Green
with any relocation problems involved in the project and for negotiating
Bay as relocation experts in this matter for the purposes of dealing
the purchase of the lands necessary for this project. ~i. Dated this & day of , 1983.
