EXTENSION OF SEWER MORATORIUM IN THE
NORTHEAST DISTRICT
on major developments in the Northeast Sewer District, and WHEREAS, on May 11, 1982, the Common Council declared a moratorium
WHEREAS, the Common Council had determined that any substantial
increase in the flow caused by large developments could have
an adverse affect on the welfare of the community, and
WHEREAS, Resolution #201-82, adopted on October 26, 19S2, indicated
the Public Sewer Cornittee would review the moratorium at the end
of six months, and

WHEREAS, the Sewer Committee has reviewed the need to extend the
moratorium and once again recommends it be extended for another
six months,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Sewer Committee,
does hereby extend the moratorium on the development of all major
residential subdivisions (more than four lots, or four units) in
the Northeast Sewer District for another six month period.
