RESOLUTION #83-83
AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO FILL VACANT
PARTTIME POSITION
WHEREAS, the City Clerk-Comptroller has advised the Finance
position in the Plan Commission and City Clerk's Office, and
Committee of a forthcoming vacancy of a parttime secretarial
WHEREAS, the position encompasses twenty hours per week in
and Plan Commission office and ten hours per week in the
Clerk's office, and
WHEREAS, the city has established a policy whereby the
members of the Common Council review and approve the filling
of any vacant position that occurs in the city, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended the Common
Council authorize the City Clerk to fill the vacant parttime
posit ion,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby grant the City Clerk-Comptroller
permission to fill the forthcoming vacant parttime position
for 20 houns per we&k in the Plan Commission office and 10
hours per week in the Clerk's office,
