AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF TIF FUNDS
FOR PURCHASE OF FIRE DEPARTMENT RESCUE
EQUIPMENT (DIST. NO. TWO)
WAEREAS, the Amended Project Plan for Tax Incremental
Council, and
Finance District No. Two has been approved by the Common
WHEREAS, the Tess Corners Volunteer Fire Department has
which would be used for the extrication of accident

WHEREAS, funds for this purpose could be included in the
amended project plan for TID # Two, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval
of the request,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize the expenditure of TIF
funds in the amount of $9,960.00 for the purpose of a
hydraulic rescue tool which would be used for the extrication
of accident victims.
