JANSEN DEVELOPMENT - MUSKEGO INDUSTRIAL APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
PARK
WHEREAS, the City is in the process of selling a parcel
of land in the City's Industrial Park to Jansen Development
purpose of manufacturing automatic entrance systems and
for the construction of Lanson Industries, Inc for the
related products, and
WHEREAS, Ruekert & Mielke, Inc. has prepared a certified
survey map dated April 1, 1983, to finalize the division
of a 5 92 acre parcel indicated as Lots 12, 13 and 14,
Block 3 on the Muskego Industrial Park Development Plan.
WHEREAS, the certified survey map has been recommended for
approval by the City Plan Commission,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego upon the recommendation of the City Plan
Commission does hereby approve of the certified survey map
Lots 12, 13 and 14, Block 3 on the Muskego Industrial Park
to finalize the division of a 5.92 acre parcel indicated as
Development Plan.
