APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY

MAP
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to
finalize a four parcel division of the Maynard F. Wolter and
Sharon L. Volter. property on South Wind Lake Road in the
Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, this property is located within the extra-
territorial jurisdiction of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map
and Sharon L. Wolter property on South Wind Lake Road in the
to finalize a four parcel division of the Maynard F. Wolter
Town of Norway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
receipt of the $25.00 submittal fee
