GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME TO JANSEN
DEVELOPMENT FOR FINANCING CONTINGENCY
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of bluskego, on the 14th
day of September, 1962, udopted the uppropriate resolutions
indicating the city's intent to issue industrial revenue bonds
in an mount not to exceed $1,500,000.00 for Jansen Development
Co., and
WHEREAS, the Common Council, on November 9th, 1982, granted
Jansen Development C0.b extend the financing contingency
time limit and the third contingency of the offer to purchase
to December 30, 1982, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed a request by
Jansen Development to extend the financing contingency and
Plan Commission approval obtained in order that a closing
date can be established, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the request
of Jansen Development Co. be granted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does
Co. to extend the financing contingency time limit and the third
hereby grant an extension to May 30, 1983 for Jansen Development
contingency of the offer to purchase.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the necessary docgments in the name of the city.
