AUTHORIZING NEGOTIATIONS FOR ADDITION TO LAKE MEADOWS PARK
a WHEREAS, on December 28, 1982, the Common Council adopted
Resolution #243-82, Resolution Authorizing the Hiring of an
Appraiser and Relocation Expert to Carry Out the Relocation
Order Known as Resolution #242-82, and
WHEREAS, an appraisal has been obtained of the Roland and
Dorothy Haut property, and
WHEREAS, it is now necessary to start the negotiations with
Roland and Dorothy Haut for the purchase of property for
park purposes, and
WHEREAS, funds for this project have been included in the
Amended Project Plan for TIF #1.
THEMFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the Draheim Company to
begin negotiations with Roland and Dorothy Haut at the appraised
with funds to be taken from TIF #1.
