ACCEPTANCE OF LOW BID - SOUTH DENOON ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT

WHEREAS, bids have been received for the South Denoon Road
Reconstruction Project as follows:
Stoehr Grading $110,064.55
Lang Engineering 106,443.50
Earthmovers, Inc. 119,149.50 Reesman's, Inc. 141,321.30
Stack Construction 210,829.00
Wolf Construction 125,887.25 W. K. Fredericks 136,000.00
and
WHEREAS, funds have been provided for this project in the
Amended Project Plan for TID #1, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has reviewed the bids
and has recommended approval of the low bid submitted by Lang
Engineering in the amount of $106,443.50, subject to review
by the City Engineers.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works
Engineering in the amount of $106,443.50 for the South Denoon
Committee, does hereby approve the low bid submitted by Lang
Road Reconstruction Project, with funds to be taken from
TID #1, subject tfo review by-the City -Engineers.
