TERMINATING CONDITIONAL USE GRANT FOR
FORMER "THE COTTAGE" TAVERN
WHEREAS, Conditional Use Grant #54 for "The Cottage" Tavern
at W143 S7922 Durham Drive was issued in 1963 for the operation
of a tavern, and
WHEREAS, the building has been razed, and
1 WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended the Common
1 Council take the necessary action to terminate the Conditional
Use on said property, and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the City Plan Commission,
does hereby terminate Conditional Use Grant #54 for "The Cottage"
razed.
